9. Children 1-6 years are not counted as 1 diner, and children 12 and above are counted as 1 diner. Children between 7-11 years old may be counted as 1 diner dependent on restaurant management policy.
10. Diners are counted according to communal dining concept: 2 children= 1 adult headcount, 3-4 children= 2 adult headcount.
