Brasserie WOLF, a casual French bistro combined with the culinary and service standards of a fine dining restaurant, is pleased to present newly appointed Head Chef Claudio Sandri. The restaurant is an establishment under the Esmirada Group of Restaurants, helmed by Austrian restaurateur-chef Wolfgang Lapper.

Cosy and classy, Brasserie WOLF is French through and through, complete with a dogged determination to bring timeless cuisine to Singapore. Following extensive refurbishment and restructuring work, the authentic brasserie has been relaunched with more space and an outdoor terrace within its premises. Vintage overhanging lamps, plush leather seats, maple wooden flooring, and a very striking wall of framed accolades, memorabilia and quirky French icons undeniably exudes Parisian charm. The revamped sun terrace also offers more space for al fresco dining and extends inwards into an outdoors bar. The glass façade ensures a delightful view of the Singapore River for both the indoor and outdoor diners.

Along with the physical overhaul, Brasserie WOLF continues to hit the right notes with new Head Chef Claudio’s creations, boasting bold flavours in the charming atmosphere. Hailing from Switzerland and specializing in French Cuisine, Chef Claudio trained in iconic establishments such as Nobu, The Kitchen Table LTD and Brasserie Joel in London. The new a la carte dining menu sees classic French cuisine with a modern twist, bearing testament to the chef’s profound culinary experience and dedication to fine food. Some highlights include Brasserie Wolf’s Slow Cooked Beef Bourguignon, and the Pan-Seared Barramundi Fillet. Old favourites like the Traditional French Onion Soup continue to remain on the menu.

“My style is simple and straightforward,” says Chef Claudio, who arrived in Singapore just recently. “I take the best ingredients available, either local and imported, to create items which are flavourful, refreshing yet exciting for even the most discerning palettes. This new menu is designed to reflect classic French charm with a contemporary charm.”
