About Brasserie WOLF

Opened in 2006 by the established Esmirada Group of Restaurants, Brasserie Wolf is a casual French bistro combined with the culinary and service standards of a fine dining restaurant. Helmed by Austrian restaurateur-chef Wolfgang Lapper, Brasserie Wolf recently welcomed its newly appointed Head Chef Claudio Sandri in 2011.  Brasserie Wolf is French through and through, featuring classic French cuisine with a modern twist, bearing testament to the chef’s profound culinary experience and dedication to fine food. Following extensive refurbishment and restructuring work, the authentic brasserie has been relaunched with a more spacious look, adorned by vintage overhanging lamps, plush leather seats, maple wood flooring, and a very striking wall of framed accolades, memorabilia and quirky French icons. The revamped sun terrace also offers more space for al fresco dining and extends inwards into an outdoors bar which has an extensive range of premium Old World wines, and perhaps the biggest selection of Austrian wines (more than 300). The glass façade ensures a delightful view of the Singapore River for both indoor and outdoor diners.

Located at The Pier at Robertson, the popular casual French bistro – Brasserie WOLF – has launched a tantalising new a la carte menu and weekend set brunch. It also welcomes a new French restaurant manager, Cedric Kerhir, who has worked at numerous international top-rated fine dining establishments such as the Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsay at the London New York Hotel, and Spoon by Alain Ducasse at the Intercontinental Hotel Hong Kong.

Together with the young and talented Chef de Cuisine Claudio Sandri, the dynamic pair aims to create a quality dining experience made up of exquisite French fare and attentive service within the intimate confines of Brasserie WOLF. Customers can lounge and dine al fresco by the romantic riverfront, or soak up the très romantique atmosphere in the Parisian-chic indoor setting lavished with modern oversized lamps, plush leather seats, and eclectic memorabilia framing the walls.
