8. Palate card needs to be presented before privileges are valid. Exception would be for the following Amex Cards, in which Palate dining privileges are  applicable for Amex Centurion Card, Amex Platinum Charge Card, Amex, Platinum Reserve Card, & Amex Platinum Credit Card. Payment must be made via Amex in order for privilege to be valid.This is only valid for Singapore issued Amex Platinum Cards.
9. Children 1-6 years are not counted as 1 diner, and children 12 and above are counted as 1 diner. Children between 7-11 years old may be counted as 1 diner dependent on restaurant management policy.
10. Diners are counted according to communal dining concept: 2 children= 1 adult headcount, 3-4 children= 2 adult headcount.
